Copa del Mundo Menu

During the upcoming days, as the eyes of millions of football fans turn to Mexico — one of the hosts of the 2026 FIFA World Cup — The Roof invites guests to discover the country through its flavors and aromas.

For the duration of this year’s World Cup, we will be offering a special, signature menu created by Mexican chef Filip J. Hanlo.

The menu showcases a contemporary take on Mexican cuisine. Among the featured dishes are Cod and Shrimp Ceviche Bloody Mary, blue corn tuna tostada with tamarind-ponzu, crispy Rock Shrimp with chipotle mayo, classic Queso Fundido, grilled chicken Pibil skewers, and cauliflower in salsa macha served with traditional sikil pak paste.

In collaboration with Olmeca Altos, our bar team has translated Mexico’s contrasts — sweetness and heat, smokiness and freshness – into a cocktail experience. Highlights include Elote Nocturno, Zapata’s Fire Mocktail, Fuego Quieto, Que Chimba!, and Sorry for Carnal.
